# How to Upload PT Schedules for Dakota

When a patient also sees PT at Synapse, Dakota can cross-reference their PT schedule to book speech therapy on the same days — so the patient only makes one trip.

## Steps

1. Get the patient's upcoming appointments PDF from Synapse/WebPT
2. Rename the file to: **LastName, FirstName — PT Schedule.pdf**
   - Example: `Carter, Braxton — PT Schedule.pdf`
   - Example: `Smith, Jay — PT Schedule.pdf`
3. Upload it to the **PT Scheduling** folder in Google Drive:

That's it. Next time you schedule that patient through Dakota, she'll automatically find and cross-reference the PT schedule.

## Tips
- If a patient's PT schedule changes, just upload the new PDF with the same name — it will replace the old one
- Dakota will let you know if the PT schedule is more than 2 weeks old
- If there's no PT PDF for a patient, Dakota schedules normally without cross-referencing
