- sheet_staging.json built with `content_rows` array (ready for write_content_sheet.py on approval)

Two things still need your permission to finalize:
1. **`clients/Nurse Charles/variety_matrix.json`** — needs write approval to update to v2 format with this cycle's data
2. **`tools/generate_carousel_images.py`** — needs write approval to add Pattern C support (`.slide-ig`/`.slide-tt`) so igtt1/igtt2 can export PNGs

Both are non-blocking for the review. Once you approve content on the review page, the cycle will write to the sheet automatically.
